Overview
The two-stroke multifunctional harvester has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance, small size, light weight, low energy consumption, stable performance, good reliability, and strong applicability. Specially suitable for harvesting rice, wheat, soybeans, barley, and reeds in small plots, mountains, hills, and areas requiring straw utilization.
Product Details
  Backpack type multifunctional harvesterNotes:
1. Based on the different machine constructions, pre consider the operating procedures to avoid sequencing.
2. When disassembling, it should be done from the outside to the inside and from top to bottom.
3. Tools should be used during operation, and it is forbidden to directly strike the parts with a hammer.
4. Clarify the loosening direction of the parts, and handle precision parts with care. For example, long axis parts of wire rods must be lifted with ropes and wrapped in cloth to prevent bending, deformation, and damage.
5. The dismantled parts should be placed on wooden frames, wooden boxes, or parts trays in order according to requirements, and should not be placed on the ground to prevent damage or rust. 6. The disassembled parts should be fitted together according to the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, locating pins, etc.
8. Parts that can still be used without repair, such as keys and gears, shafts and bearings, should not be disassembled or misplaced. Additionally, for the convenience of inspecting the parts. The removed parts should be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust.
Backpack type multifunctional harvesterLubrication and maintenance matters:
1. The tools used for lubricating oil should be clean. Before lubrication, the oil nozzle, oil filling port, and lubrication parts should be wiped clean of oil and dust.
2. The exposed rotating parts such as chains and exposed transmission gears should be lubricated and maintained daily. When lubricating, the vehicle should be stopped, the oil sludge on the chain should be removed, and the lubricating oil should be evenly brushed. In addition, the sleeve roller chain should be removed every 3-5 days, cleaned with a brush in gasoline, and then soaked in hot oil for 5 minutes.
3. Regularly check the working temperature of friction parts such as shaft sleeves and bearings. If oil leakage is found in the oil seal and the working temperature is too high, it should be repaired and lubricated immediately. If it cannot be repaired immediately, the lubrication interval should be shortened. The disassembled bearings, shaft sleeves, sliders, and other parts of the lubrication system should be cleaned thoroughly with engine oil and lubricated after assembly, in conjunction with maintenance and repair. For oil containing bearings, they should be removed after each year's operation and soaked in engine oil for 2 hours to replenish oil.
4. The lubrication injection point should be filled with butter once every shift (10 hours of operation). When using a butter gun to inject butter, be sure to add enough. If the grease cannot be added, rotate the lubrication part to start adding again until it is full.
5. After the trial operation of the corn combine harvester is completed or after a long period of operation, the transmission gearbox gear oil and engine oil pan oil should be replaced or filtered before use. Generally, the corn harvesting machinery should be inspected once a week. If oil leakage is found, the cause should be identified and the fault eliminated. If the oil level is insufficient, the remaining oil should be checked for emulsification and deterioration. If it has deteriorated, it should be replaced. If it has not deteriorated, the same lubricating oil as the prototype can be added to the required oil level.
6. After completion, each oil injection point should be filled with oil, and unpainted surfaces such as open transmission gears and cutting tools should be coated with oil for rust prevention. The transmission chain of each part should be removed, cleaned, and stored in the warehouse after being soaked with engine oil. Inject lubricating oil or grease.
