A small two-stroke gasoline chain saw used as a power saw for logging and timber production. The sawing mechanism is a saw chain. The power part is a gasoline engine. Convenient to carry and easy to operate
Small two-stroke gasoline chainsawNotes:
1. Regularly check the tension of the saw chain. When checking and adjusting, please turn off the engine and wear protective gloves. The appropriate tension is when the chain is hung on the lower part of the guide plate and can be pulled by hand.
2. There must always be a small amount of oil splashing out on the chain. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the lubrication of the saw chain and the oil level in the lubrication tank. The chain cannot work without lubrication, and working with a dry chain can cause damage to the cutting device.
3. Never use old engine oil. Old engine oil cannot meet lubrication requirements and is not suitable for chain lubrication.
If the oil level in the tank does not decrease, it may be due to a malfunction in the lubrication delivery. Chain lubrication and oil circuit should be checked. The contaminated filter can also lead to poor supply of lubricating oil. The lubricating oil filter screen in the oil tank and pump connection pipeline should be cleaned or replaced.
After replacing and installing a new chain, the saw chain needs 2 to 3 minutes of break in time. Check the tension of the chain after running in, and adjust it again if necessary. The new chain requires more frequent tensioning compared to a chain that has been used for some time. When in a cold state, the saw chain must be attached to the lower part of the guide plate, but it can be moved on the upper guide plate by hand. If necessary, tighten the chain again. When the working temperature is reached, the saw chain expands slightly and droops. The transmission joint at the lower part of the guide plate cannot be removed from the chain groove, otherwise the chain will jump and needs to be re tensioned.
6. The chain must be relaxed after work. The chain will contract during cooling, and a chain that is not relaxed will damage the crankshaft and bearings. If the chain is tensioned during operation, it will shrink during cooling, and if the chain is too tight, it will damage the crankshaft and bearings.
Small two-stroke gasoline chainsawMaintenance:
1. Timely maintenance is necessary in the later stage. The maintenance of chainsaws is of utmost importance to the saw chain. A properly maintained and sharpened saw chain can easily be sawed into wood with minimal pressure.
2. During daily maintenance, it is important to check for cracks and broken rivets on the saw chain links.
3. Replace any damaged or worn parts on the saw chain, and then match them with new parts of the same shape and size as the original. Hard alloy saw chains are particularly wear-resistant.
