Using compressed air as a power source, it drives the piston to vibrate up and down and impact the wooden pile. 1. When the pile driver is working, there should be a dedicated person to command. Commanders and operators should check signals with each other before starting work. Close cooperation is necessary in work.

2. At the beginning, use an electric bell or other means to send a signal to notify surrounding personnel to leave.

3. The pile driver and pile cap, as well as the pile cap and pipe column (or pile), should be leveled, and the connecting bolts should be tightened and checked regularly for looseness.

4. The starting of the pile driver should be gradually accelerated from low speed to high speed.

5. The pile driver should closely monitor the indication of current and voltage on the control panel during operation. If any abnormal noise or other abnormal situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

6. Regularly check the bearing temperature and whether the bearing cover screws are loose. Strictly inspect the eccentric iron block connection screws for looseness to prevent accidents.

7. When sinking, it is strictly prohibited to stand around the pipe column (or pile).

8. When the pile driver cooperates with water injection and mud suction to sink, it is necessary to contact relevant personnel in advance and take care of each other during work.

9. When extending pipe columns or piles and installing pile caps, personnel must wear safety belts.

10. During the sinking process, mechanical maintenance and upkeep are strictly prohibited.
