The Beidou instrument rapid moisture detector can detect the moisture content of solids, liquids, and gases. Microwave measurement technology, which is not affected by the particles, colors, or any minerals contained in the product, intelligently converts and processes data, including temperature correction. The MS1204 moisture sensor uses the principle of microwave energy attenuation caused by absorption when passing through a substance. Due to the ratio of the absorption coefficient of moisture to that of oil being 75:1, when a high-frequency electric field is applied to the oil, the difference in absorption will affect the phase and amplitude of the high-frequency electric field, and the degree of influence is related to the moisture content. The microwave attenuation moisture measurement instrument (humidity meter) represents a new development in product moisture measurement technology. By using microwave measurement technology, moisture can be determined within 1 second, and the accuracy of measurement results is high, not affected by the particles, colors, and any minerals contained in the product. The MS1204W model can effectively eliminate the influence of oil quality and mineralization in the determination of crude oil water content in oil fields. The HBD5MS1204 oil moisture rapid tester is a ppm level oil moisture tester developed by our institute, which can accurately determine the water content in various organic single component or multi-component mixtures. |
