Overview

The cold atomic absorption mercury analyzer can measure mercury in liquid samples, as well as in solid or gas samples that have been processed and converted into liquids. Therefore, it can be widely used in environmental monitoring, medical and health, food inspection, geological exploration, and chemical research for the analysis and determination of trace mercury.

Product Details

Cold atomic absorption mercury analyzer manufacturer's product description:

The unique properties of mercury and its compounds have been widely used in scientific research and production, but they have also brought environmental pollution and posed a threat to biology. Therefore, the monitoring of mercury has received great attention from the country, and the analysis methods for trace mercury are constantly improving. The requirements for mercury measuring instruments are also increasing. This mercury measuring instrument is developed based on the original product, greatly improving drift and noise, increasing sensitivity and accuracy, and has digital retention function.

This instrument is equipped with a built-in microcomputer system, which significantly enhances its measurement and calculation functions. The instrument displays the current status, measurement results, or other parameters through a LCD screen, and has a print output function. It also comes with an RS-232C serial interface. The instrument is easy to use, with stable and reliable performance. This instrument is suitable for measuring the mercury content in water, air, soil, food, cosmetics, chemical raw materials, and other industries such as environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, tap water, and chemical industry.

Technical characteristics of cold atomic absorption mercury analyzer:

■ Used for detecting trace amounts of mercury

Dual signal values cover a wider measurement range

■ Synchronous cleaning function during the measurement process

Large surface area center position frosted column gas-liquid separator

■ Constant temperature dual detection tank, eliminating wet tube design, more stable performance

Intelligent injection, volume: 0.1ml to>50ml

■ Detection limit: 0.0001ng Hg/0.1ppt

The gold amalgam enrichment system is more suitable for determining trace amounts of samples

Intelligent high mercury protection system to prevent memory effects

■ Optional 54-360 bit or higher automatic sampler

■ Hg PUR purification: Purifies reducing agents and removes interference from trace amounts of mercury, greatly improving the detection limit of the instrument

No accessories required, equipped with specialized gold film enrichment tubes that comply with HJ910-2017 standards, with analysis time less than 1 minute

Installation of amylose analyzer:

1. Place it on the workbench, tighten the nozzle onto the nozzle seat on the left side of the instrument, pull out the bottle holder from the bottom of the left side of the instrument, and push the reducing bottle into the bottle holder (the bottle holder is designed to prevent the reducing bottle from tipping over during use).

2. Use a silicone tube to connect the reduction bottle, residual mercury absorption bottle, and the air nozzle of the instrument.

If data processing software is used, the plugs at both ends of the RS-233C serial port cable need to be inserted into the corresponding sockets of the instrument and computer.
