Overview

The root analysis system manufactured by Hangzhou Daji Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. is also known as a root analyzer or root scanner, which can automatically measure the length, projection area, surface area, volume, and distribution parameters of each diameter segment.

Product Details

Root analysis system-Root System AnalyzerIt is commonly used for root scanning to perform multi parameter and batch automatic analysis of cleaned root images. It is widely used in major agricultural and forestry research institutions across the country to automatically measure the length, projection area, surface area, volume, and distribution parameters of each diameter segment.The plant root analyzer system is used for rapid multi parameter analysis of washed plant roots. Main performance parameters:
1. The plant root analyzer system can analyze and measure:
1) Root length;
2) Root average diameter;
3) Total root area;
4) Total volume of roots;
5) Root tip counting;
6) Fork counting;
7) Overlap counting;
8) Root diameter grade distribution parameters;
9) Customizable segmented diameters at unequal intervals, automatically measuring the length, projected area, surface area, volume, and distribution parameters of each diameter segment;
10) Root tip segment length distribution;
11) Capable of conducting color analysis of root systems, determining the number of surviving roots, and outputting the diameter, length, projected area, surface area, and volume of roots of different colors; It can also measure the volume and proportion of rhizobia.
12) Capable of conducting topological analysis of the root system, automatically determining the number of connections, relationship angles, etc. of the roots, and can independently analyze the length and branching number of the main root or any lateral root; Automatically analyze the level distribution of root system grading and extension, achieving automatic analysis of 5 levels of lateral roots;
13) It can display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system separately (the number of grades and the range of grade diameters can be changed arbitrarily);
14) Large scale fully automatic root analysis, which can edit and correct various automatic analysis result graphs;
15) Can automatically measure the fractal dimension of root system using box dimension method;
16) It can perform root fork pruning, merging, connecting and other corrections, and the correction operation can be rolled back to quickly obtain the correct result. Accuracy: Root length ≤ ± 1%; Area:<1% for high-quality image quality, ≤ 3% for standard image quality;
17) Capable of large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution images.
18) Can automatically measure the parameters of the stem, body, and beak of rapeseed pods. Can automatically measure the length of various grains.
19) Can measure the leaf area, length, and thickness of various types of needles.

20) Matching specialized dual light source lighting systems to provide high-resolution color or black and white images, eliminating the effects of shadows and unevenness, effectively ensuring image quality;
21) Non statistical methods are used to measure and calculate the length of root systems in overlapping areas, which can be saved or read in standard formats such as TIFF, BMP, PNG, JPEG, and PCX.
22) It can also be used for measuring needle area and volume, as well as measuring cotton fiber thickness and length.
2. Manual assisted correction: The image can be enlarged, reduced, and observed locally, enabling mouse area selection statistics, auxiliary cropping of contaminated areas, or eraser correction.
3. Statistical effect monitoring: monitoring and correcting the accuracy of plant object analysis.
4. Automatic impurity removal: Based on differences in size and other aspects, automatic impurity removal is performed.
5. Auxiliary measurement function:
Size calibration: With built-in calibration function, semi-automatic size calibration can be achieved, and XY directions can be calibrated and corrected separately;
Length measurement: With the function of following the magnifying glass, precise measurement can be made by dragging with the mouse;
6. Data export
The analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved, and the analysis results can be output to an Excel table, which can also be used to output analysis markers.
The plant root analyzer system comes standard with an optical resolution of 4800 × 9600 and an A4 extended Microtek ScanMaker i800 dual light source color scanner. The large analysis measurement area includes an A4 extended format (35.6 cm × 21.6 cm) for the reflection draft, a scanning root area of 30 cm × 20 cm, and a distinguishable small size of 0.008 × 0.008 mm. The measurement accuracy of plant image analysis (determined by the scanner and can be partially corrected by software) is: X direction ≤± 0.5%, Y direction ≤± 0.25%; The reproducibility error of length measurement is less than ± 0.25%; The reproducibility error of area measurement is less than ± 0.25%; The measurement difference between stations is less than ± 0.25%. Measurement and analysis time: 30-60 seconds. <>

Recommended optional: Brand all-in-one computer (Core dual core CPU/4G memory/1G discrete graphics card/500G hard drive/19.5 "color display/wireless network card). If large format analysis is required, please select the Microtek Phantom 9900XL plus scanner with optical resolution of 2400 × 4800dpi and A3.

If in situ root image analysis is required, please select the enhanced version of the root analysis system (in situ root image analysis system) separately
