Overview

The rice appearance quality detector has automatic learning and recognition characteristics, which can automatically segment sticky rice and seeds, and can perform automatic classification analysis. The rice appearance quality detector can automatically measure and analyze the chalkiness/rate, broken rice rate and small broken rice rate, polished rice quantity, and polished rice rate of rice samples weighing more than 30g at once.

Technical Specifications:

1.Measurement object: Used for precise automatic detection of various appearance quality indicators of various types of rice (polished rice, brown rice, glutinous rice, etc.) and black rice, and can perform multi parameter and batch automatic analysis.

2. Equipped with an optical resolution of 4800 × 9600 and an A4 extended dual light source color scanner for imaging. The transparent scanning format is 30cm × 20cm, with a minimum pixel size of 0.0053mm × 0.0026mm.
3. It can automatically measure and analyze rice samples weighing over 30g at once, including chalkiness/rate, broken rice rate and small broken rice rate, polished rice quantity, polished rice rate, national standard grade that can directly detect rice transparency, yellow grain rice, rice color yellowing index and rice whiteness determination, impurity content, different varieties of grains, incomplete grains (immature grains), as well as glutinous rice's shade rate, disease spot or yellowing rate. It can also automatically analyze the cracking rate of rice and the embryo rate of brown rice.

4. Automatically measure the area, length diameter, short diameter, aspect ratio, roundness, and equivalent diameter of each particle (length measurement error ≤± 0.05mm, aspect ratio measurement error ≤± 0.05, reproducibility error ≤± 0.02; The measurement error of the whole rice rate and broken rice rate indicators is ≤± 1.0%, and the reproducibility error is ≤± 0.25%.

5. It can automatically measure and analyze black rice samples weighing over 30g at once, including blackness, black rice rate, whole black rice rate, broken rice rate, and small broken rice rate, which meet the relevant detection indicators in NY/T 832-2004 standard.

6. It can automatically analyze, process, and output results in large quantities. Compared to the national standards GB/T1350 for rice, GB/T17891 for high-quality rice, or GB1354-2018 for riceMinistry of AgricultureCorresponding to the new standards NY/T2334-2013 for rice, LS/T6116-2016 for classification and judgment of rice grain types, LS/T 3247-2017 for grain industry standards, GB/T 35881-2018 for grain and oil inspection, and image analysis method for determination of yellow grain content in rice, the quality ratio and grain number ratio of various indicators are tested.

7. It has the characteristics of automatic learning and recognition, and can automatically segment sticky rice and seeds, and can be used for automatic classification analysis.

8. Each analysis image, distribution chart, and result data can be saved, and the analysis results can be output to an Excel table. Analysis marker charts, as well as arrangement charts and measurement charts output by width, length, area, etc., can also be generated.

9. Equipped with sample barcode and electronic balance RS232 data software interface. The range of measurable seeds is 0.25-20mm, and the automatic counting accuracy is ≥ 99%
