1、 Product Introduction

The prestressed pipe pile testing machine is a static load bending and shear testing equipment developed and produced according to the provisions of GB13476-2009 "Pre tensioned Concrete Pipe Pile" for the performance strength (crack resistance shear force and crack resistance bending moment) of pipe piles.

2、 Performance and characteristics of experimental apparatus

1. The testing machine adopts a high steel structure to ensure safety and stability during the testing process.

2. The experiment is conducted using digital display and electric loading methods. The load sensor displays the force value, and the instrument has zero reset and peak holding functions, with stable, reliable performance and accurate detection data.

3. The power supply is 220V, and one end of the loading jack foot switch is for loading and the other end is for unloading. The minimum resolution of the load sensor is 0.01KN.

4、 Usage steps and operating procedures

1. The testing machine installs molds of corresponding sizes (4 in total, two on the top and two on the bottom) according to the size of the sample pipe pile, and connects them with gongs and connecting plates. Find the center point on the testing frame, measure 0.6 times the total length of the sample on both sides with a tape measure, mark it, and place the bottom mold on the marking line. 2. Use a small crane to lift the distribution beam, allowing enough space for the pipe piles to enter. Loosen the reinforcing rod nut and open it. Lift the sample from the side and place it on the bottom mold, aligning the center of the sample with the center of the test frame. Then reset the reinforcing rod and tighten the nut.

3. Lower the distribution beam onto the specimen and keep it vertical (at this time, it is required to place the small crane slightly lower to leave space for downward loading),Static bending and shear testing machine for pipe pilesAdjust the reaction force push rod according to the sample size (required position: within the effective stroke of the jack), and start the test after the sample is installed.

4. Connect the power supply (220V), wait for the instrument display to be normal, set F3 to zero, start loading according to the test requirements (when approaching the required force value, the loading speed can be controlled by adjusting the valve but cannot be turned off to avoid damaging the oil pump), and make test records according to the requirements. The required number of tests should be based on the test requirements, using the same method as above. When releasing the load, open the control valve, step on the other end of the switch to unload, make test records according to the test requirements, and obtain the test results! (Note: Loading result=instrument display value - force value of distribution beam and upper formwork).
