1、 Product Function Overview:

2. Product Features

It has the function of testing the compactness of duct grouting in prestressed concrete beams. It has the function of rapid qualitative detection and locating grouting defects, and can also detect other internal defects such as honeycomb clusters.

Testing range for grouting compactness: Qualitative testing up to 160M, positioning testing not limited by pore length, applicable to any pore length.

4 Test Principle

In order to accurately test the grouting defects of longitudinal prestressed beam pipelines (with exposed anchor heads at both ends) while considering testing efficiency, we adopted various methods based on shock elastic waves for testing. Please refer to the table below for details.

1. Qualitative testing

The use of steel strands exposed at both ends of the anchor cable for testing results in high testing efficiency. Due to the fact that defects such as voids usually occur above the ducts, it is usually only necessary to test the steel strands above. During a single testing process, the above-mentioned methods can be tested simultaneously, and the testing time for completing one channel can be within 1 minute.

2. Positioning test

Continuously test (exciting and receiving) along the pipeline position in scanning form, and test the condition of the grout inside the pipeline through the characteristics of the reflected signal.

3. Principles and Methods of Qualitative Testing

1) Overall grouting performance

Use frequency method and wave velocity method for testing.

(1)Frequency method

If the anchorage end of the prestressed duct is not compacted, high-frequency oscillation will occur. Therefore, the grouting situation at the end can be determined by changing the signal frequency.

(2) Wave velocity method

By testing the propagation time of elastic waves passing through the anchor cable and calculating the wave velocity of elastic waves passing through the anchor cable based on the distance of the anchor cable. Judging the compactness of prestressed pipeline grouting by changes in wave velocity. In general, there is a correlation between wave velocity and grouting density. As the grouting density increases, the wave velocity gradually decreases. When the grouting density reaches * *, the P-wave velocity of the tested anchor cable approaches that of the P-wave velocity in concrete.

4. Principles and Methods of Positioning Testing

1) Basic principles of positioning testing

Determine the presence and type of grouting defects based on the characteristic changes of vibration signals during propagation.
