Intelligent Drilling TV ImagerProduct Introduction:
JL-IDOI intelligent drilling TV imaging abandons the existing system structure mode of video capture cards, controllers, laptops, and probe combinations, as well as the manual editing mode of profile maps. Instead, it adopts DSP image acquisition and processing technology, system integration, probe panoramic imaging, real-time automatic profile extraction, clear and realistic images, and automatic accurate calibration of azimuth and depth. It can observe and image all observation holes * and full cylindrical surfaces (vertical holes \ horizontal holes \ oblique holes \ pitch and elevation holes), and is currently one of the most advanced in hole TV imaging systems in China.
Intelligent Drilling TV ImagerApplication scope:
Suitable for departments such as engineering geology, hydrogeology, geological prospecting, geotechnical engineering, mining, etc; Suitable for vertical holes, horizontal holes, inclined holes (dip angle, elevation angle), anchor (rod) holes, geological drilling, concrete drilling and other types of drilling, can form digital drilling core, preserve, suitable for fractured zone strata where actual core cannot be obtained. The specific classification is as follows:
1. Used for engineering hydrogeology: observing various characteristics and subtle structures of geological bodies in boreholes, such as lithology, rock structure, faults, fractures, interlayers, karst, etc., and recording geological column charts;
2. Used for mineral geology: observing the thickness, dip, and inclination of ore veins, as well as the dip and inclination of boreholes themselves;
3. Used for coal mines and other mines: observing and quantitatively analyzing the strike, thickness, dip, dip angle of coal seams and other ore bodies, as well as the degree of interbedded gangue and separation cracks from the roof rock layers;
4. For concrete: observe the location and degree of defects such as voids, cracks, and segregation inside the concrete;
5. Used for pipe piles: observing various abnormalities and defects inside the pile, quantitatively analyzing the quality of joints and the length, width, and direction of fractures, breaks, and fissures;
6. Used for underground pipelines: observing pipeline contents, quantitatively analyzing pipeline cracks and fractures, fracture locations, lengths, widths, and directions, etc;
7. Used for water well maintenance: detecting cracks, misalignment, downhole debris, clogged filter holes, and sand flow positions in the wellbore.
