The WGWZ-3000 series microcomputer controlled containerized steel rail static bending test machine is a specialized equipment used for welding steel rail static bending tests. Used for static bending tests of flash welded rails, aluminum thermal welded rails, pressure welded rails, etc. for railway welding, to test the mechanical properties such as bearing capacity, failure test force, deflection deformation, etc. of rail welding joints.

Testing machine host

Adopting an upward mounted servo oil cylinder and a four column frame structure for the main engine.

The base and workbench have a certain degree of rigidity and strength, ensuring the safety and reliability of the test, and the appearance is beautiful and generous.

The size of the workbench meets the requirements of a steel rail with a test length of 1800mm.

The crossbeam oil cylinder seat must ensure its load-bearing capacity.

The design of the bending working support meets the testing requirements of TB/T 1632.1 and EN14587-2.

Design and install fracture safety protection devices at both ends of the bending workbench, and install safety protection cover plates around and above the workbench to ensure the safety of operators during the testing process.

The bending test configuration meets the requirements of TB/T1632 and EN14587-2 steel rail static bending test, with one set of indenters each, and easy installation and conversion operation.

There is an anti rollover mechanism inside to prevent the steel rail from overturning when subjected to back pressure.

The observation port for rail testing is equipped with a rotatable protective barrier.

The host is securely fixed inside the container to prevent displacement or tipping during transportation.

Configure the feeding rack, with rolling support rollers installed on top, two fixed inside the container and two placed outside the container. The feeding rack outside the container needs to be placed inside the cabin and have sufficient fixation during transportation.

The piston rod is equipped with a guide wheel to guide the piston rod and prevent the pressure head piston rod from tilting.

Both sides of the protective cover can enter and exit the steel rail, and rubber safety pads are installed on both sides of the protective cover.

The protective cover adopts a pull rod opening and closing type, with a pull rod diameter of not less than 20mm.

The protective cover is fastened with M20 bolts.

The host is equipped with a lifting position that can be lifted by a crane or a position that can be forked by a forklift.

The host is equipped with a manually controlled lifting device to provide support during the transportation of steel rails, and must be interlocked with the host.
