Test Procedure

The testing machine receives test instructions, sample numbers, sample sizes, and other sample information transmitted from the higher-level computer. The operator confirms the sample number manually based on the sample sequence transmitted by the superior computer (or manually selects a certain sample), and then clamps the sample for testing.

The testing machine system can automatically switch between different testing conditions based on the testing instructions transmitted by the higher-level computer. After the experiment is completed, the test results will be automatically transmitted to the higher-level computer.

Machine Introduction:

This machine consists of a main unit, a cutting and straightening part, a hydraulic source, a computer, etc. The host consists of a base, a light bar, a bi-directional forging working oil cylinder piston, a piston running guide system, a forging plate, a lifting screw, etc. This product overcomes the problems of slow loading speed and sample tilting during the forging process of ordinary testing machines. The host adopts a double acting oil cylinder, and the forging oil cylinder is fixed on the lower crossbeam. The top forging lower pressure plate is installed on the top forging oil cylinder piston; The upper pressure plate is installed on a screw nut pair that can move up and down. The screw nut pair is controlled by a displacement sensor, and the displacement of the screw nut pair during its up and down movement is fed back in real-time to the measurement and control system. Based on different sample conditions, the upward and downward distance of the upper pressure plate ensures that different samples complete the forging test at different forging ratios. The working process of the fully automatic forging test machine can be simply described as follows: when the motor is turned on and the oil pump is working, the accumulator is first filled with liquid, the nut screw pair adjusts its position according to the test and forging ratio, and then the main oil cylinder is filled with liquid to make it rise. The sample slowly contacts the surface of the upper pressure plate, and then the accumulator is filled and released to perform rapid forging. After that, the piston automatically descends, and the entire testing process is automatically controlled by the computer
