Overview

The microcomputer controlled wheel radial load fatigue testing machine is mainly used to detect the radial load fatigue test of the wheel. Product Details

The microcomputer controlled wheel radial load fatigue testing machine is mainly used to detect the radial load fatigue test of the wheel. Mainly simulate the fatigue resistance of the wheel hub during long-term operation of a car under heavy load.

Product performance:

1. The testing machine is mainly composed of a host, a microcomputer control unit, a high-voltage control unit, and testing accessories.

2. The host adopts a welded structure design and manufacturing, with a horizontal loading design;

3. The large drum is designed according to international standards, with a diameter of 1700mm, to simulate road conditions as realistically as possible (the diameter of the earth is infinitely large). The excitation speed regulating motor drives the drum to achieve stepless speed regulation, allowing for testing at different driving speeds;

4. The loading bracket adopts low damping linear element transmission;

5. Communication servo motor drive closed-loop control;

6. High precision load sensors complete the measurement of applied loads;

7. Closed loop control of fatigue test load and emergency stop function for fatigue failure;

8. Designed with safety devices that can automatically shut down in case of tire blowouts, wheel damage, or other situations;

9. Configure a strong current control box to complete the drive control of the motor;

10. Microcomputer control unit, equipped with industrial control computer, built-in signal amplification A/D conversion integrated card board, completes sensor signal amplification and analog-to-digital conversion of signals;

11. The computer software is a WINDOWS platform software, which has functions such as dynamic display, storage, and output of test reports;

12. Configure HP laser printer;

14. The speed can be set, and it will automatically stop when the specified speed is reached;
