1. The shell of the submersible mixer is made of high-strength, fine particle high-quality carbon steel or 304 stainless steel with good acid and anti-corrosion effects. The surface should be smooth and free of bubbles.
2. The impeller should be installed at one end of the shaft, with an internal locking device and a sealed protective nut between the impeller and the shaft to prevent the impeller from loosening during forward or reverse rotation.
3. The main shaft, impeller, and motor shaft are on the same shaft and have sufficient rigidity to withstand the large torque that may occur during normal operation, starting, and stopping. The deflection of the spindle at the bearing and mechanical seal shall not exceed 0.05 millimeters.
4. The bearings of the submersible mixer are radial thrust ball bearings. The bearings of the impeller and motor are wear-resistant, grease lubricated bearings that can withstand axial and radial loads and are isolated from the medium. The design service life is not less than 100000 hours.
5. Main shaft seal, each submersible mixer should be equipped with a mechanical seal system, and the design service life of the mechanical seal should not be less than 30000 hours. Mechanical seals must operate in the oil chamber to ensure effective lubrication of the mechanical seal.
6. Motor, submersible motor, 3-phase, 380V, 50Hz, AC power supply, protection level IP68, squirrel cage induction motor, motor stator insulation level F.
7. Monitoring system, all stators are equipped with three series connected normally closed thermal sensors to monitor the temperature of each set of stator coils. When the temperature is high, the sensors are disconnected, and the motor stops rotating and sends a signal.
