Deep water self-priming aeratorThe water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed water flow, and negative pressure is formed around the nozzle to suck in air. It mixes with the water flow in the mixing chamber and generates a water gas mixture flow in the horn shaped diffusion tube, which is sprayed out at high speed. The water flow carrying many bubbles vortices and stirs in a large area and depth of water to complete aeration, and its shaft power does not change with the depth of submergence. The intake air volume can be adjusted. Because of this, jet aerators can be applied in pools with significant changes in water level.
Deep water self-priming aeratorKey Features:
1. Compact structure, small footprint, and easy installation. The aerator consists of a submersible sewage pump, an aerator, and an intake pipe, with a compact structure and a small footprint; In addition, the aerator provides two installation methods, which are easy to install and maintain.
2. High aeration efficiency and wide application range. Due to its high-speed jet flow state, thorough mixing of liquid and gas, high oxygen absorption rate, and high power efficiency. The treatment efficiency is 3-4 times higher than traditional aeration tanks, and the aeration time can be significantly shortened. It is suitable for various sewage treatments, including push flow aeration tanks, mixed aeration tanks, delayed aeration tanks, oxidation ditches, oxidation ponds, etc.
3. The system is simple and highly reliable. No need for blowers or other equipment, the system is simple, except for the suction port, all other parts are submerged in water for operation, with low noise; The aerator is equipped with a cutting submersible sewage pump, which is efficient, unobstructed, safe and reliable, and has a long service life.
4. Low operating costs. Due to its suitability for deeper aeration tanks, the jet aerator reduces the footprint, simplifies the system, saves costs, has high treatment efficiency, and is cost-effective.
Installation precautions:
1. The important components of a self-priming aerator include the drive, reducer, and rotor. First, let's install the bearings. Specific steps: Place the rotating shaft steadily, place wooden blocks on it, and fix it with wedge-shaped blocks on both sides.
At this point, we need to measure the shaft diameter size to see if it is within the normal range. If not, we need to grind the bearing, remove grease, debris, and burrs, and use gauze to smooth out the shaft neck. Measure the distance between the two axes with a steel ruler, make marks, and seal the inner rubber sleeve around the journal, paying attention to the correct direction.
2. Of course, the installation of the bearing seat cannot be ignored.
Specific method: Measure the distance between the two shaft bearings and weld bolts at the corresponding positions of the bearing seat anchor bolt holes on the embedded steel plate. Remove welding slag after welding. It is important to position and align the bearing seat.
Square finding method: Use iron to measure the longitudinal and transverse levelness of the bearing seat horizontally, adjust the inclined pad to make the levelness meet the requirements.
3. After the bearing seat is in place, align the centerline of the bearing seat with the centerline of the base. Place a shim under the bearing seat to preliminarily meet the design requirements for the bearing elevation.
During the installation of the self-priming aerator, the positioning, cleaning, and scraping of the shaft bearing seat and sealing groove must meet the design requirements. Trim and scrape the joint surface of the upper and lower bearings to ensure tight contact. After the bearings are in place, we need to measure the levelness, elevation, and distance between the bearing seat and the shaft, adjust the pads, and see if they meet our design requirements.
4. Next is the installation of the reducer. After the reducer is in place, it also needs to be aligned and leveled, using the same method as the coaxial bearing. At the same time, the reducer is connected to the shaft through a coupling, and its elevation and axis requirements must meet the design requirements.
