The WFAW series microcomputer controlled steel sleeve grouting connection repeated tensile and compressive testing machine mainly performs tensile, compressive, bi-directional tensile and compressive, fatigue, low cycle fatigue, crack propagation, fracture mechanics, and tensile test performance verification of various metric and imperial prestressed steel strands for steel mechanical connection joints in accordance with the provisions of standards such as JGJ163-2015, JGJ107-2016, JGJ335-2015, and 2019 Technical Regulations for Steel Mechanical Connections.

The experimental operation and data processing can be used to complete the verification of specimens within the scope specified in GB-T5224-2014 "Steel Strand for Prestressed Concrete", and can also meet the requirements of standards such as GB/T228.1-2010 "Metallic Tensile Test Method for Room Temperature Materials". It is a precision testing instrument developed for experimental testing, based on Wingdows The dedicated software developed by the platform can measure the fatigue characteristics of materials under load spectra such as sine waves, triangular waves, rectangular waves, oblique waves, and random waves of tension compression and tension compression alternation. It has good rigidity and easy operation. It has also developed an upper crossbeam suitable for bidirectional loading, which can adjust the loading space on both sides of the crossbeam using lifting cylinders according to the length of the pattern. The column adopts a stepped snap ring structure to lock the crossbeam, with a small gap, ensuring the accuracy of the test. The upper and lower crossbeam bases are precision cast as a whole, with high strength. The axial force of the clamping cylinder is greater than 100 tons of high pressure clamping, ensuring that the sample is firmly clamped and does not slip during repeated tension compression processes. In addition, it is equipped with a special extended clamp for steel strands to ensure the middle of the sample breaks, thereby further improving the success rate of the test. The test results can be queried and printed in six types of curves (force displacement, force deformation, stress displacement, stress deformation, force time, deformation time) and related test data. It can measure the tensile strength, specified non proportional elongation strength, elastic modulus, elongation and other mechanical properties of steel strands. This software provides test methods and data processing modules that meet the requirements of the JGJ107-2016 Technical Specification for Mechanical Connections of Reinforcing Steel Bars. It can test various U-values (residual deformation) of mechanical connections of reinforcing steel bars according to the requirements of the specification. Equipped with bilateral extensometers.
