The electro-hydraulic servo pre embedded channel fatigue testing machine is mainly based on the requirements of TB/T3329-2013 "Pre embedded Channels in Electrified Railway Contact Network Tunnels", TB/T "Test Methods for Components of Electrified Railway Contact Network", GB/T37613-2019 Pre embedded Channel Steel and other standards. It can perform 1 million fatigue tests on the channel body, as well as static bearing capacity, displacement tests, and 2 million fatigue tests on prefabricated concrete test blocks.

The 50KN electro-hydraulic servo fatigue loading test system mainly consists of a set of 50kN servo linear actuators, a set of constant pressure servo pump stations, a loading gantry frame, test fixtures, a fully digital single channel servo controller, a computer printer, related test software, and other necessary accessories.
