(1) Before starting up, check whether there are any foreign objects on the screen surface and fan, whether the fasteners are loose, and manually rotate the pulley. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be started.
(2) During normal operation, the feed of the stone removal machine should be kept continuously and uniformly falling along the width direction of the screen surface. The flow rate adjustment should be based on the rated output, and the flow rate should not be too large or too small. The thickness of the material layer should be appropriate, so that the airflow does not penetrate the material layer and can make the material in a suspended or semi suspended state. When the flow rate is too high, the material layer on the working face is too thick, which increases the resistance of airflow penetrating the material layer, causing the material to not reach a semi suspended state and reducing the stone removal effect; If the flow rate is too low and the material layer on the working face is too thin, it is easy to be blown through by the airflow, and the automatic layering phenomenon of materials on the upper layer and stones on the lower layer will be destroyed, thus reducing the stone removal effect.
(3) When the stone removal machine is working, there should be appropriate storage of grain in the bucket to prevent materials from directly impacting the suspended state of the screen surface, thereby reducing the stone removal efficiency.
(4) To avoid uneven airflow distribution caused by the failure of materials to fill the working surface when the machine is just started, a layer of materials should be laid on the working surface in advance. During normal operation, it is necessary to ensure that the material is evenly distributed in the width direction of the working face.
(5) The air volume adjustment of the stone removal machine is based on observing the material movement status on the working surface and the quality of the outlet material. If the material flips violently, it indicates that the air volume is too high; If the material is not loose and floating enough, it indicates that the air volume is too low. At this time, there are still stone particles in the outlet material, and the air damper should be adjusted in a timely manner to achieve the appropriate air volume.
(6) The suitable inclination angle of the working face of the stone removal machine should be between 10 ° and 13 °. If the inclination angle is too large, the resistance to the upward movement of the stone will increase, and the speed of entering the selection chamber will be too slow, which will make it difficult to discharge the stone. If the inclination angle is too large, it will also increase the downward flow rate of the material, making it easy for the stones to mix with the grains and be removed from the machine, resulting in unclean stone removal. If the inclination angle is too small, the opposite situation will occur, and the material will be difficult to discharge, which not only affects work efficiency but also increases the grain content in the stones. Therefore, the inclination angle of the working face should be maintained within an appropriate range and adjusted according to the amount of stone in the raw grain. When the raw grain contains a large amount of stone particles, the inclination angle can be appropriately reduced, otherwise it can be appropriately increased. And based on the situation where the net grain contains stones and the stones contain grains, determine whether the adjustment of the inclination angle is correct.
(7) The stone removal sieve plate, uniform air plate, and air inlet should maintain unobstructed airflow. If the sieve holes are blocked, they can be cleaned with a wire brush. Do not knock them again to keep the sieve plate flat. If the sieve plate is worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The double-sided protruding sieve plate can be flipped over for use.
(8) The stone removal machine should be placed behind the screening and air flow cleaning during the sorting and cleaning operation, to remove the side stones that cannot be removed in the previous cleaning process. If there are impurities of all sizes entering the cleaning and stone removal machine, it will affect the uniform feeding, block the air holes, and reduce the stone removal efficiency.
(9) Regularly check the stone and grain content in the grain. If any abnormal situation is found, the cause should be identified in a timely manner and corresponding measures should be taken.
(10) The stone removal machine should be regularly inspected, and the bearings should be cleaned and lubricated regularly. After maintenance, an empty test run must be conducted to check if the machine is working properly and if the steering is correct. Only when everything is normal can it be put into operation.

1. The stone removal sieve plate, uniform air door, inlet air door, and reverse air duct should maintain smooth airflow. If the sieve holes are blocked, they can be cleaned with a cleaning brush. Do not knock them to avoid deformation of the sieve plate and affecting the efficiency of the specific gravity stone removal machine. If there is wear and tear, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The fish scale hole sieve plate with double-sided protrusions can be flipped over for use.
2. Regularly check the temperature rise of the bearings, generally not exceeding room temperature of 25 ℃. The bearings should be cleaned and oil changed regularly.
3. Regularly check the stone content and material content in grains. If any abnormalities are found, analyze the reasons and take corresponding measures in a timely manner. Generally, the material content in stones should be controlled below 1%.
4. When parking, the material should be stopped first, then the air should be stopped, then the machine should be turned off, and finally the air door should be closed. After parking, a layer of material should be retained on the stone removal screen to facilitate normal stone discharge immediately during the next drive.
5. During the disassembly and maintenance process of the specific gravity stone removal machine, attention should be paid to preventing the loss and deformation of components, and the disassembly of components should be minimized as much as possible during maintenance. When assembling, the components must be assembled in their original positions with the longitudinal centerline of the frame as the axis of symmetry. The centerline of the screen body should coincide with the centerline of the frame, and the eccentric axis, eccentric connecting rod upper axis, swing rod upper and lower axes, and vibration motor transmission frame core axis should be horizontal and parallel to each other. The horizontal lines of each axis should be perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline of the sieve body, and the stone removal sieve plate should be horizontal along the width direction of the sieve plate.
6. After maintenance and assembly, the empty vehicle should run smoothly without any twisting or shaking. During calibration, heavy impurities of the same size can be placed in the middle or both sides of the discharge end width direction of the stone removal screen surface. If they can all move upward at the same time, it is normal; Conduct a feeding test again to observe the movement of materials and the situation of stone discharge; Then the feeding is interrupted, and there is a local blow through phenomenon near the stone outlet end. Under normal circumstances, the shape of the blow through is very symmetrical. If phenomena such as unilateral movement, vortices, and blind spots occur, they should be corrected immediately.
