Overview

The fully automatic hammer type grain crusher can be matched with various forms of feeding structures, and the hammer pieces are symmetrically arranged. 1. Before starting up, check if there is oil in the lubrication area.

2. Remove metal, sand, stone, and other debris from materials to prevent damage to machinery.

3. Hands must not be inserted into the feeding port, and the machine cover must not be opened during operation.

4. The aperture of the sieve should be selected appropriately, and any damaged areas should be riveted.

5. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine under load. The machine should run for one minute before evenly feeding, and appropriate water should be added during the beating process.

6. Empty the machine for 2 minutes before stopping to remove any remaining materials.

Precautions for use:

1. Check if there are any foreign objects in the crushed chamber, and then turn on the power after emptying the machine.

3. When starting the motor, rotate the empty machine for 1-2 minutes, and then gradually feed the material from the feeding tray. The feeding should not be too fast or too much.

4. If the material gets stuck and the motor does not rotate, please turn it off immediately to prevent the motor from burning out. After removing the stuck material, it can continue to be used.

5. It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover and insert hands into the crushing chamber during use.

6. Dry crusher should not crush damp and greasy materials.

7. Replace different screens according to your own needs.

8. During the work process, the current should not exceed 15 amperes.

1. The main vulnerable parts of this series of crushers are flat teeth, round teeth, and large and small grinding teeth. Flat teeth and round teeth are made of precision steel and have good dynamic balance. If they are severely worn, they should be replaced. The size of self-made gold processing products should be standardized, and the weight difference between each piece should not exceed 1 gram to avoid vibration damage to bearings and machines.

2. Regularly add high-speed grease to the bearings and inspect them every half month. If severe wear is found, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.

3. Collision is strictly prohibited. Long term shutdown should be cleaned inside and outside, and properly stored to prevent rusting.
