3. Before starting work, it is necessary to check all connection parts, check whether the fixing bolts of the moving and fixed parts are loose, the gap between the moving and fixed pieces, and whether the fasteners and split pins are loose or broken; Is the rotation of the main shaft and each transmission shaft flexible.

4. The processed materials should be clean, avoiding the inclusion of stones, metals, and other debris to prevent damage to the machinery. The work site should be spacious and equipped with fire prevention equipment.

5. Start the installed and debugged crusher under no-load, idle for 35 minutes, and confirm that there are no abnormalities before feeding.

6. When feeding, it should be gradually opened and fed evenly. Excessive feeding can cause overload and stoppage, while insufficient feeding can affect work efficiency. Ensure that the motor works at rated load and strictly prohibit pushing materials by hand.

7. When using the aggregate bag, it is necessary to discharge the material in a timely manner to prevent blockage of the discharge port (remove the aggregate bag when kneading).

8. It is strictly prohibited for operators to touch the feeding port with their hands to avoid accidents. If any abnormal phenomena or noises occur during work, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. It is not allowed to open the upper casing while rotating, and personnel are not allowed to troubleshoot before the machine is stopped.

3. When starting the motor, rotate the empty machine for 1-2 minutes, and then gradually feed the material from the feeding tray. The feeding should not be too fast or too much.

4. If the material gets stuck and the motor does not rotate, please turn it off immediately to prevent the motor from burning out. After removing the stuck material, it can continue to be used.

5. It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover and insert hands into the crushing chamber during use.
