LACTOSCAN SCC milk somatic cell counterIt is based on fluorescence staining automatic microscopy technology. By utilizing fluorescence staining, 3D stepper motor field of view scanning, and CCD photography recognition technology, the calculation value of somatic cell count in dairy products can be quickly, accurately, and reliably obtained. Simply mix the sample with SOFIA staining agent, aspirate less than 8 μ L into the detection plate and place it in the instrument. The analysis process only takes 1 minute, and the SCC system will automatically focus, while the CCD camera will automatically monitor the sample cells
Measurement steps:
1. The sample is sampled, stained, and automatically spread onto the detection board
2. After entering the machine, it emits characteristic wavelength light, CCD induction autofocus imaging, and software OCR image recognition and counting
3. Scan an additional 60 fields of view using a 3D motor, physically count them, and then take the average to display the results
