MIKROMAJS airflow screening instrumentIt is a powder particle size testing device that balances accuracy and repeatability, designed to detect the particle size distribution of dry powders ranging from 20um to 4750um.

The Maclow Airflow Siever MAJSx utilizes the principle of aerodynamics to improve the accuracy and repeatability of powder particle size detection. This detection method has become the most important method for particle size quality inspection of powder raw materials and final products.

In the screening chamber of the airflow screening device, the negative pressure provided by the vacuum cleaner guides the airflow through the rotating nozzle. The airflow continuously cleans the screen and disperses the powder on the screen. Particles with a particle size smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen with the negative pressure airflow and are carried into the dust collection bag of the vacuum cleaner.
By using this rotary nozzle method, we can effectively disperse the agglomerated powder and prevent clogging of the sieve holes. In addition, the controllable negative pressure and screening time also improve the reliability of detection.
