The sleeper static load testing machine is suitable for static load crack resistance tensile testing of concrete sleepers (Type I, Type II, Type III, Fork, Bridge, Wide Rail, etc.), which can accurately and quickly detect the static load strength of various sleepers and test the actual bearing capacity of sleepers.

working principle

Lift the rail sleeper onto the trolley, push the trolley into the testing machine, use the positioning ruler to adjust the position of the rail sleeper so that its load center coincides with the center of the pressure plate. According to the set work program, the piston lifts the rail sleeper quickly up - then slowly approaches - at the given loading speed, constant loading - holding load for 180 seconds - unloading and returning to the designated position, or reloading to make the rail sleeper crack. After completing the testing of the three loading surfaces of the rail sleeper, print the test results.
