The rice processing accuracy tester is a rice processing accuracy detection instrument. After the tested rice sample was stained with a dye (Eosin Y-Methylene Blue), the skin and embryo on the rice were blue-green, and the endosperm was purple red. The intelligent recognition software of the instrument automatically analyzed the processing accuracy of the rice sample based on the degree of skin retention. This instrument is mainly suitable for research institutes, testing units, rice mills, and distribution enterprises.
The main functions of the rice processing accuracy tester are:
1. The test results can be directly displayed: determination of skin retention degree, complete particle classification, and histogram of skin retention degree distribution
2. It can provide raw images for detection, and each grain of rice can be individually numbered, analyzed, and judged. Images can be classified to display the sample contours of selected different detection items
3. Checking the item on the right side of the interface can display the image of the category item you want to display. The sorting method can be selected by "serial number", "area ratio", "length", and other items can be displayed as similar. The segmented image can be output by category.
4. Provide a data output selection method, where users can output test results according to customer requirements through the history viewing interface, and perform statistical analysis on the data in Excel software. The display of quality results is simple and clear.
5. It has the function of manual judgment correction, and can re identify or judge unrecognized or misjudged rice grains through manual assistance

Precautions for Testing Rice Processing Accuracy Tester:
1. Firstly, calibrate the instrument horizontally to provide a prerequisite and guarantee for obtaining accurate measurement data.
2. Crush the rice into powder using a grinder, then evenly spread it on a tray. When placing it, put about 5g in and do not touch the sample tray with force.
3. In order to make the measurement more accurate, we adopt an automatic heating mode for approximately 12 minutes.
4. The temperature of the instrument will reach 200 ℃ during the heating and drying process, so please do not open or touch the heating unit. During the heating process of the instrument, do not open the cover or shake the workbench.
5. After the test is completed, due to the fact that the sample itself, heating unit, and other containers will still be very hot, caution should be taken when removing the sample. Please ensure that the instrument temperature drops below 50 degrees during the second measurement, and clean the sample tray promptly after testing the sample.
6. After the instrument measurement is completed, if a second measurement is required, please carefully remove the sample tray and do not directly take it out by hand to prevent burns.
