1. The supporting network version software displays the three temperature stages of furnace A and furnace B in real time, and different computers within the same network can monitor the experimental process in real time. It also displays reaction time, temperature curve, and time curve, making it convenient for relevant departments to monitor the entire experimental process in real time. When the temperature of the coke drops to 100 ℃, an alarm will be triggered to remind the operator to pour out the coke. The coke tests of furnace A and furnace B will be weighed and recorded separately. Then, the coke will be poured into the I-type drum and rotated for 600 revolutions before being weighed and recorded. The reactivity and strength of the coke in furnace A and furnace B will be calculated separately.

2. The experimental process of the equipment is highly automated, with one click completion of the test and separation of strong and weak electricity control, avoiding interference from strong electricity on the control part. The electrical appliances are imported brands such as Schneider and Siemens from Germany, equipped with high-precision Japanese Azibel quality flow meters to ensure the accuracy of gas flow. Mobile casters are installed for easy transportation and maintenance by users. A digital current and voltage meter is installed on the control cabinet, which can intuitively display the current and voltage values of each section of the reaction furnace. The equipment is equipped with a furnace top exhaust device that automatically discharges exhaust gas and opens automatically with the equipment, making the operating environment safer and more environmentally friendly.

3. The control instrument adopts integrated circuit and gas circuit, which is reliable, convenient and maintenance free. The test data temperature curve can be stored and displayed.

It has the function of over temperature alarm caused by thyristor breakdown, thermocouple damage, signal interference, and other reasons. The multi system protection function effectively prevents the burning of circuits, thermocouples, reactors, protects and extends the service life of (electric furnaces, thermocouples, reactors)

5. The Type I drum adopts an integrated design with automatic speed control function, and there is no need to unload the drum for loading and discharging.

6. The gas flow control adopts a high-precision mass flow controller, which not only ensures accurate and reliable flow, but also allows the computer to display the flow curve in real time and has the function of insufficient flow alarm.

7. The system enters the test state and automatically starts the test ventilation system. After the exhaust gas is burned, it is discharged outdoors, causing the experimental personnel to be poisoned. The air inside the packaging room is circulated.

8. The dual system protection function prevents accidents such as control failure of the main control system and breakdown of the thyristor, which can cause overheating of the electric furnace, burning of the reactor or insulation materials.

9. By connecting to a computer, real-time display of temperature curves, gas flow curves, and other related parameters in the upper, middle, and lower constant temperature zones of the furnace can be achieved. These parameters are displayed in different colors and automatically save each experimental curve and data, which can be queried at any time. The test data and curve records can be restored, and result reports can be printed.
