The coke is continuously lifted by the lifting plate in the rotating drum and falls onto the steel plate. During this process, the coke is impacted and rubbed by mechanical force, causing the coke block to crack and the surface to be worn. It is used to determine the crushing strength and wear resistance of coke. It is the main equipment for determining the crushing strength (m40, m25) and wear resistance strength (m10) of metallurgical coke (GB/T 2006-94). The entire equipment adopts mechatronics integration, and the drum speed and drum rotation time can be automatically counted and displayed digitally, which is used for material detection in various coking and steel plants.

The device adopts a closed design, with no obvious dust during use, and also has two operation modes: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, simply press the start button to automatically complete actions such as material lifting, feeding into the drum, drum rotation, discharging, screening, and weighing; When switched to manual mode, the above actions can be manually operated separately, which is convenient for equipment debugging and daily maintenance.
