The fourth generation fully automatic iron ore pellet press developed by the company adopts an electromechanical integration design, and all indicators comply with GB/T14201-2018 "Determination of compressive strength of iron ore pellets" and ISO4700-2015 "Determination of compressive strength of iron ore pellets for blast furnace and direct reduction feeding".

Iron ore pellets, also known as ball ore, are one of the main raw materials for blast furnace ironmaking. The compressive strength of ball ore is an important technical quality indicator. The national standard (GB/T14201-2018) is to crush more than 60 balls with a diameter of 10mm to 12.5mm one by one, and the pressing speed is stable at 15mm/min. The average crushing pressure is the compressive strength of the pellets.

The new generation of fully automatic pellet press has undergone extensive improvements and continuous innovation on the basis of the old version, making its appearance more exquisite and compact, reducing the equipment placement area, and making the equipment more stable and reliable. Solved the problems of easily clogged, stuck, and worn pellets. Adopting a 4-station cyclic feeding mechanism, while the pellet is crushed, the next pellet to be crushed is ready. This repeated cycle can improve detection efficiency, and there is also a waste cleaning channel to clean up excess materials. The device has a counting crushing function and an automatic unloading function for the remaining pellets with the set rated value, avoiding the trouble of manual sampling. The configured upper computer software can automatically calculate the maximum, minimum, and average values of the test results, and has various safety protection measures such as overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and electronic limit.
