Precautions for using Hansi diesel water pump:

1. Ensure that the storage area is dry and clean;

Run the engine at low speed for 5 minutes.

Drain the engine oil while the engine is still hot and inject new clean engine oil.

Press and pull the pressure relief lever 2-3 times (do not start).

Replace the pressure reducing handle and slowly pull the starting handle until there is pressure.

Clean the inside of the water pump, including the impeller, volute, pump body, etc.

Open the fuel tank and drain the small bolt to drain all the diesel in the tank, then tighten the bolt.

8. Clean the air filter element.

Clean the surface dust of the unit, cover it with a dust cover and store it.

If the water pump has been used in muddy areas, sandy water, or water containing large debris, please add clean water to the pump before shutting it down. Otherwise, restarting it will damage the impeller. After flushing, unscrew the drain plug to drain all the water in the pump body and tighten the drain plug.After starting, the high-speed rotation of the impeller causes the water flow in the impeller channel to flow towards the vortex shell. At this time, a vacuum is formed at the inlet, causing the inlet check valve to open, and the air in the suction pipe to enter the pump and reach the outer edge through the impeller channel. Through repeated cycles, gradually exhaust the air in the suction pipeline, allowing water to enter the pump and complete the self-priming process. Powered by gasoline and equipped with a copper device, the machine has more stable performance and is safer to use! Widely applicable, often used for engineering and agricultural irrigation.
