The anti blocking material switch YHLJ-I/KM chute blocking detector is installed on the side wall of the chute. When blockage occurs inside the chute, the accumulated material presses the movable door and causes it to shift, activating the travel switch and issuing an alarm or shutdown signal. After troubleshooting, the movable door automatically resets under the action of the compression spring.

The YHLJ-I/KM anti blocking switch chute blocking detector is mainly used for the safety protection of chutes and funnels in the transfer process of belt conveyor systems. It is used to detect material blockage and is an essential safety protection device for conveyor systems.
The chute leak stop switch is a product that detects whether the chute is blocked. But when there is a blockage in the chute, this product can promptly issue a switch signal. On site personnel can take timely measures to prevent materials from blocking the chute and causing serious accidents. The YHLJ-I/KM leak stop switch and chute blockage detector are easy to install and adjust as a protective device for detecting material levels in the hopper or storage bin. In a belt conveyor system, two conveyors are usually connected through a tubular hopper. When the outlet of the hopper is blocked for various reasons during operation, the material will quickly fill the entire hopper and even overflow in large quantities. Installing a blockage switch in the hopper can trigger an alarm and emergency stop in the early stages of blockage accidents, thereby avoiding serious consequences such as conveyor belt slippage and motor overload caused by a large amount of blockage.

Installation and use:

Installed on the vertical side wall of the chute that is not directly impacted by materials;

The product can be divided into two groups, and the installation height depends on the user's needs. Generally, it is recommended to install it at two-thirds of the height above the bottom of the chute;

This product can also be divided into two groups of four. One group is installed on the side wall of the chute at a relative height of one-third from the bottom as a mild blockage detection, used to receive signals from the vibration device. When the chute is blocked, the vibration device receives the signal and starts to vibrate. The other group is installed at two-thirds of the bottom as a severe blockage detection, and outputs a shutdown signal when blockage occurs.

Installation and Usage

The chute coal blockage detector is installed at an appropriate position on the side wall of the chute with a 240 * 260 rectangular opening. Then, about 100-200mm above the opening, a 300mm long baffle is welded to the inner wall of the chute to prevent large pieces of material from falling and directly impacting the movable door, causing misoperation. The opening is then covered and closed with a randomly provided rubber plate.
