MOOG professional supplier has fast maintenance and low price for MOOG servo valves
MOOG electro-hydraulic servo valve is an important control component in electro-hydraulic servo control system, which plays a role in electro-hydraulic conversion and power amplification in the system. Specifically, during system operation, it directly receives electrical signals transmitted by the system and converts them into proportional signals with corresponding polarity that can control the load flow or load pressure of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, thereby enabling the system to output a large hydraulic power to drive the corresponding actuator. The performance and reliability of electro-hydraulic servo valves will directly affect the performance and reliability of the system, and are key components that attract attention in electro-hydraulic servo control systems.
MOOG servo valveElectric feedback
The electric feedback type is also widely used in servo valves, such as direct drive electro-hydraulic flow and pressure servo valves, dual nozzle baffle two-stage electric feedback electro-hydraulic flow servo valves, and three-stage flow servo valves. Their working principles are described in Chapter 3 and Chapter 6, respectively.
The characteristic of electric feedback servo valve is that the circuit gain is high, and necessary correction links can be added to the valve circuit. The static and dynamic performance of the valve is good; The high dynamic of the valve is limited by the flow gain of the primary hydraulic control valve or the natural frequency of the torque motor; The feedback gain is adjustable, making it convenient to change the rated flow rate of the valve. Due to the use of electric feedback, it is possible to have an electronic controller in the valve. The basic requirements for electronic controllers are:
(1) Strong carrying capacity and wide frequency band;
(2) The power amplifier stage has low power consumption;
(3) Strong anti-interference ability;
(4) Standardization and normalization of input and output parameter connection ports and external dimensions;
(5) Miniature components with small size.
For this purpose, the power stage of the controller should adopt a constant current type, which can eliminate the changes in high-frequency dynamic gain of the servo valve caused by the changes in valve coil inductance during high-frequency operation, and reduce the phase lag caused by coil inductance to a minimum. For the power stage of an electronic controller with a relatively large input current to the valve coil, it is advisable to use a pulse width modulation (PWM) switch mode power amplifier stage.
Most electric feedback servo valves use analog electronic controllers, while some servo valves, such as MOOG D636 and D638 direct drive electro-hydraulic servo valves, use digital programmable servo controllers. They can accept both analog and digital signals, and the excellent performance of the valve circuit is controlled by the software of the controller. Setting and adjusting control parameters is convenient and flexible, and can automatically eliminate the influence of valve zero drift caused by environmental changes.
