Pilot operated solenoid valve
Principle: When powered on, electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, causing the pressure in the upper chamber to rapidly decrease. This creates a pressure difference of high and low around the closing element, pushing it upwards and opening the valve; When the power is cut off, the spring force closes the pilot hole, and the inlet pressure quickly enters the upper chamber through the bypass hole, forming a pressure difference of lower and higher around the closing valve, pushing the closing valve to move downward and close the valve.
Characteristic: The upper limit of fluid pressure range is very high, but it must meet the condition of fluid pressure difference.
At present, there are more than ten varieties of commonly used solenoid valves sold in China, including DV (DVF), PGA, PEB (PESB), BPE series, with diameters ranging from 3/4 "to 3", mainly used in agriculture, landscaping, golf, industrial dust prevention and fountain fields. The commonly used solenoid valve is a diaphragm valve, which works by dividing the valve body into upper and lower chambers with a diaphragm in the middle.
