System Overview:

The WZK1000 temperature measurement and braking control device adopts intelligent temperature display and control instruments, with temperature inspection instruments as the main control unit, to achieve fixed-point/inspection monitoring and measurement of the thrust bearing, water guide bearing tile temperature, stator coil, stator iron core, oil tank temperature, and cooler inlet and outlet temperature of the unit. At the same time, an electromagnetic air valve is configured to complete the automatic and manual braking operations of the unit. According to different user preferences, this device can monitor the pressure of the brake air source and the status of the brake valve group.

System functions:

1. Monitoring and alarm

This device can detect up to 64 temperature monitoring points, of which 16 can be set as fixed-point monitoring. Each fixed-point monitoring point corresponds to a 3-level independent alarm output contact. Other patrol monitoring points can independently set 2-level alarm temperature values. When their temperature exceeds the alarm setting value, the device outputs corresponding level alarm signals. In addition, the device can monitor the power supply and provide a set of alarm contact signal outputs when the power supply disappears.

2. Communication function

This device can be equipped with communication function to meet the requirements of monitoring communication, and the communication adopts RS485 interface.

3. Braking function:

This device is equipped with a high-performance 9500 integrated brake valve group. When in use, simply connect the gas system pipeline correctly according to the specified interface to achieve unit braking. The braking methods include: automatic brake air brake, drop air brake, on-site electrical manual air brake, drop air brake, disc manual air brake, and drop air brake.
