System Overview:

The control object of this control system is a set of fixed winch hoist fast gates. This control cabinet should be able to achieve the start stop control of the fast gate fixed winch hoist and the protection functions of each motor.

The control cabinet should be equipped with all the control and motor starting devices required for the fast gate control of the fixed winch hoist, mainly including automatic air switch, AC contactor, PLC module, relay, indicator light, operation control switch and other equipment. Electric motors should be equipped with overload, short circuit, and phase failure protection. The specifications, quantities, and wiring of each device model should meet the requirements of control and monitoring functions.

Control decoration and requirements:

The control methods of the fast gate are divided into "local" and "remote" control. On the control screen, "local, remote" and control mode selection switches should be set up.

a) Manually issue commands for "open door", "close door", and "stop" locally.

b) The operator of the computer monitoring system sends commands such as "open door", "close door", and "stop" through the controller.

The main circuit of the electric motor adopts a direct starting method.The control logic of the gate is completed by the controller and can be connected to the common LCU through the MB+port.Set up "open", "close", and "stop" control buttons for the gate on the control cabinet. When the "local/remote" switch is set to "local", operate the control buttons on the control cabinet to complete the opening and closing operation of the gate.The control command issued by the computer monitoring system operator is only valid when the "local/remote" toggle switch is in the "remote" position.

The opening position of the gate can be pre-set by the controller, and it will automatically stop when the gate is opened or closed to the preset opening (flat pressure when opened). The upper and lower limits of the lifting mechanism in the control system are controlled by the height preset contact on the gate opening position signal device. When the gate reaches the upper and lower limit positions, the height preset contact (entering the PLC) automatically cuts off the power supply (main circuit) of the lifting mechanism; And cut off the power supply of the motor in the main circuit. Two pairs of mechanical upper limit switches, one pair of fully open contacts, and one pair of fully closed contacts are installed on the fixed hoist mechanism. The gate opening position signal device outputs 4 pairs of contacts: fully open contact (entering PLC), fully closed contact (entering PLC), upper limit position (entering PLC), and upper limit position (entering strong current main circuit). When the limit switch is activated, the corresponding circuit is cut off and the mechanism stops running. When the power is reconnected, the mechanism only operates in the opposite direction.

When the lifting load reaches 90% of the rated value, a warning signal is issued. When it reaches 110% of the rated value, the lifting of the gate is automatically stopped and an alarm signal is issued.

In the event of a crew accident, activate the release brake electromagnet and urgently trip the brake. The emergency trip control circuit uses AC220V power supply when the power supply is normal, and uses factory DC220V power supply when the power supply disappears.

It should have complete functions such as motor overload, undervoltage, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection.

When manually controlling, there should be a corresponding protection circuit for the opening and closing machine. When the opening and closing machine sinks, a corresponding alarm signal should be sent.

The 4-20mA analog signal input to the PLC is sent to the common LCU through the AO module.

The power supply circuit has two incoming lines, and the control screen should be able to achieve automatic switching.
