When puffing soybeans, the two sections at the inlet end of the puffing chamber are single screw heads, and the three sections at the outlet end are double screw heads (see attached diagram for configuration).

2. After assembling all configuration accessories, add steam to the expansion chamber jacket and preheat it to around 100 ℃; Tighten the screw plug on the expansion chamber of the tail section and loosen it 3-4 turns (depending on the tightness), tighten the screw plug fixing screw, and fix the screw plug before feeding.

3. During production, by controlling the stepless speed regulation mechanism of the feeding screw, the feeding speed is increased from slow to fast and from small to large. After the soybean powder is sprayed out from the screw hole and covered with a protective cover, it can be fed into production.

1. The puffed raw materials should be cleaned to prevent metal and other foreign objects from entering the machine and damaging the components;

2. It is strictly prohibited to use hard objects or heavy hammers during the disassembly and assembly of vulnerable parts such as screws and screw sleeves. It is also strictly prohibited to place heavy objects or stand people on the expansion chamber;

3. When stopping or replacing the expanded material, the material inside the expansion chamber should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid clumping, mold, or cross contamination between materials;

4. The box bearings should be lubricated with grease in a timely manner, and after 500 hours of operation, all lubricating grease should be replaced once;

5. Due to the relatively fast wear of vulnerable parts near the discharge port and less wear of vulnerable parts near the feed port, when replacing vulnerable parts, they should be replaced sequentially from the discharge end, and it is not advisable to replace multiple components at once.
