When puffing soybeans, the two sections at the inlet end of the puffing chamber are single screw heads, and the three sections at the outlet end are double screw heads (see attached diagram for configuration).

After assembling all configuration accessories, add steam to the expansion chamber jacket and preheat it to around 100 ℃; Tighten the screw plug on the expansion chamber of the tail section and loosen it 3-4 turns (depending on the tightness), tighten the screw plug fixing screw, and fix the screw plug before feeding.

3. During production, by controlling the stepless speed regulation mechanism of the feeding screw, the feeding speed is increased from slow to fast and from small to large. After the soybean powder is sprayed out from the screw hole and covered with a protective cover, it can be fed into production.

1. After each shift of production, the equipment should be cleaned both inside and outside, especially in the expansion chamber where there should be no residual materials to avoid clumping that is difficult to clean after cooling. In summer, attention should be paid to the deterioration of high-temperature raw materials.

2. The main shaft pulley of the puffing machine should be regularly cleaned to prevent dust accumulation, otherwise it will cause the pulley to become unbalanced and cause vibration in the puffing chamber.

3. The main bearings of the extruder are lubricated with lubricating oil, while the bearings of the feed conditioner and other transmission devices are lubricated with grease. The main bearings must be regularly replaced with new oil, and every 250 hours of operation, all new oil must be replaced. Other bearing parts should be lubricated with grease every 48 hours of operation.

4. The chain drive mechanism on the steam conditioner should be lubricated regularly, especially the bearings near the inlet end should be lubricated frequently. 5. The engine oil in the reducer should be controlled at the calibrated oil level, and replaced with new oil after 250 hours of operation. When disassembling the screw head, do not knock or pry it again. Regularly maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the puffing machine and its ancillary equipment.
