2、 Working principle and process:

(1) There are many types of flow switches, and different types of flow switches have different usage ranges. However, it can be confirmed that flow switches are used in equipment for fluid control. It is common in both industry and daily life. To understand the application scope and precautions of flow switches, it is necessary to have an understanding of the working principle of flow switches.

(2) Firstly, there is a fluid channel in the flow switch, and the calcium channel is located inside the housing. A piston with an internal magnet is installed on the channel. When working, the fluid will give a certain pressure. When the piston is pushed by the pressure difference caused by the fluid flow, the magnetic piston will cause the sealing switch inside the equipment to operate. The diameter of the piston determines the starting flow rate.

(3) If the liquid flow decreases, the pressure will change accordingly, and the stainless steel spring will push the piston to reset. If the switch is activated, it can provide remote alarm or indication, and can also be integrated into the automatic control system. These are the simple operating principles of flow switches. In the flow switch, the working principle of the magnetic flap level gauge is based on the principle of constant buoyancy. The float moves up and down in the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus achieving liquid level indication.

(4) However, the working principle of the float type liquid level gauge is based on the principle of variable buoyancy. The float moves up and down inside the barrel wall with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The spring force pulling up and down the float is proportional to the liquid level. By detecting the magnitude of the torsion angle caused by the spring force, the height of the liquid level can be detected. There are many types of flow switches, and there is also a common type of thermal diffusion flow switch, whose principle is slightly different from the general one, usually controlled based on thermal diffusion. Thermal diffusion technology is a technique with excellent performance and high reliability under harsh conditions. Its typical principle is that when two sensing elements are placed in a fluid, one of them is heated and the other is used to sense the process temperature.

(5) The temperature difference between two sensing elements is related to the fluid flow velocity and the inherent properties of the fluid. If the temperature difference between the two sensing elements of the thermal diffusion flow switch reaches a no flow state, it will also gradually decrease as the flow rate increases, causing the heated sensing element to cool down and the temperature difference to gradually decrease. During this process, the flow velocity of the fluid will directly affect the degree of thermal diffusion.

3. Diaphragm type: This principle of flow switch has strong resistance to foreign objects and a small set flow range, and is used for cooling water devices in general industrial machinery. Installation steps for joints


1. Wrap a suitable thickness of raw material tape around the threaded quick connector;

2. Using HeTighten the quick connector with appropriate force;

3. Cut the top of the tube to be inserted vertically flat with a cutting knife;

4. Insert the top of the cut pipe into the quick connector and firmly insert it to the bottom;

5. Verify if the pipe is securely connected and use appropriate force to pull out the pipe. If the pipe cannot be pulled out, it is sufficient.


Reinstallation of pipe joints

For pipe joints that have already been tightened, please mark the position between the nut and the joint before removing them. When reinstalling, first tighten the nut by hand, and then use a wrench to lift the nut to its original position. For pipe joints that have been disassembled and reassembled multiple times, they can be rotated 10 ° to 20 ° (not exceeding 1/3 of one side of the hexagonal nut, that is, not exceeding point B) after reaching the original position on the nut.
