Application scope of 13X molecular sieve chromatography column
Drying and purification of industrial gases can also be used as carriers; Purification of feed gas for air separation unit (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2); Desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural petroleum gas (removal of hydrogen sulfide and thiols)
[13X Molecular Sieve Chromatography Column] Temperature Range
Operating temperature: 20 ℃~380 ℃
Specification of 13X chromatographic column
Specification Material Application Range
2m * 3mm stainless steel air purification
Desulfurization of 2m * 4mm stainless steel petroleum gas
3m * 3mm stainless steel liquid hydrocarbon
3m * 4mm stainless steel H2, O2, N2 separation
4m * 3mm stainless steel CO, CH4 separation
Each chromatographic column provided by our company has been aged. To ensure good analysis and separation performance, please age it for 1-2 hours before use. When aging, the carrier gas should be introduced for about 10 minutes first, and after the air inside the column is completely replaced, the temperature should be raised to Z high using a programUse temperature aging. To avoid contaminating the detector, please do not connect the chromatography column to the detector during aging.
When the temperature of the column box is higher than room temperature, a small amount of oxygen in the carrier gas will damage the stationary phase inside the chromatographic column. The carrier gas must be further deoxygenated using a deoxygenation tube (it is recommended that the oxygen content in the carrier gas used should not exceed 1PPm).
When installing the chromatographic column, the product label should face the operator, with the injection port of the chromatographic column on the left (or see identification).
When disassembling the chromatographic column, first lower the column temperature to room temperature, and then turn off the carrier gas.
