1. Ethylene oxide detection standard/EO standardDilution method:
(1). Take 5ml of pure water and place it in a headspace bottle (take 6 bottles)
(2). Take 0.5ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain 1ppm of the standard sample
(3). Take 1.0ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain a 2ppm standard sample
(4). Take 2.0ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain 4ppm of the standard sample
(5). Take 3.0ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain 6ppm of the standard sample
(6). Take 4.0ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain 8ppm of the standard sample
(7). Take 5.0ul of the standard sample with a 10ul injection needle and add it to a 5ml headspace vial to obtain 10ppm of the standard sample

Dissolve the diluted standard solutions of 6 series of concentrations,Quickly extract the upper gas from the equilibrated standard sample using a headspace sampler and inject it into the gas chromatograph,When the standard sample reaches gas-liquid equilibrium, different concentrations of liquid correspond to different concentrations of gas. Take the equilibrium gas, inject it into the sampler, and record the peak height (or area) of EO. Draw a peak height (or area) - concentration standard curve based on the peak height (or area) corresponding to different concentrations of standard solutions. Take an appropriate amount of sample and prepare it into a sample. Measure the peak height (or area) using the same method, and use the measured peak height (or area) to determine the concentration of the corresponding standard solution from the standard curve. Calculate the residual amount of EO according to the formula.
