1、 Introduction to Transparency Meter
The transparency of sulfuric acid samples is related to the color and suspended matter of the samples. Compliant with GB534-2002 "Industrial Sulfuric Acid" standard. The lower the chromaticity and suspended solids content, the higher the transparency of the sample. So transparency represents the chromaticity of the sample and the size of suspended matter. Including: glass perspective tube, grid color palette, light source.

2、 Operation steps
1. Place the glass transparency tube filled with the sample on the grid color plate of the light source, and be careful not to let sulfuric acid flow out during operation.
2. Observe the outline of the grid color plate from the glass perspective tube downwards, and carefully release the sample from the discharge port until the grid can be clearly identified.
3. Record the height of the test solution at this time, and a transparency greater than 50 mm is considered qualified.

3、 Precautions
1. Operators should wear acid resistant gloves and goggles, and be careful during operation to avoid sulfuric acid burns.
