Measurement principle:

The VOCs online analyzer mainly includes a refrigeration unit, a sampling unit, and a detection unit. The refrigeration unit is a refrigeration machine that uses multiple refrigerants to cool down, with a temperature of up to -120 ° C. The main function of the refrigeration unit is to cool down the sampling unit and separation unit. The sampling unit includes an enrichment tube and a Nafion material removal tube. The external heating wire of the enrichment tube is tightly connected to the aluminum block, and its temperature is measured by PT-100 thermocouple and controlled by a temperature controller. The separation unit mainly refers to a capillary chromatography column, which is wrapped with a heating wire between the column support aluminum block, and the temperature is measured using a PT-100 thermocouple. All units can be individually controlled for temperature, such as heating the separation unit when cooling the enrichment tube. Fill the adsorption tube with adsorbent and connect it to a six way valve as a quantitative loop for injection.
