Overview

The GPD60 (D) mining explosion-proof pressure sensor transmitter adopts an explosion-proof structure design, mainly installed using DN10/KJ10 quick plug method (or other corresponding explosion-proof structure methods), and the tail is connected to the hydraulic support control system through coal mine electrical cables. The product is easy to install but has performance issues. This series of mining pressure sensors have been tested by the Safety Standards Center and issued with safety and explosion-proof certificates (both of which are valid).

The GPD60 series mining explosion-proof pressure sensor is a cost-effective product designed, developed, and launched by our company specifically for high explosive hazardous environments. This product uses pressure chips, which have high sensitivity, high precision, and strong overload resistance. Sensitive components are formed into resistors using special processes and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. When combined with a DC power supply, a DC voltage signal output is generated. After a secondary conversion circuit, achieve a two-wire 4-20mA output. It can display the pressure value of the measured point in real time and is compatible with other coal mine monitoring systems.

① This product is an explosion-proof type. If there are any quality problems with the product, it is recommended that the manufacturer be responsible for repairing it. When special circumstances require maintenance, it should be carried out by professional certified personnel.

② During use and maintenance, the specifications, names, models, and parameters of intrinsic safety circuits and electrical components related to intrinsic safety circuits must not be changed. The associated equipment can be found in the appendix, and intrinsic safety associated equipment must not be connected to other monosodium glutamate joint inspection equipment.

③ Pay attention to reliable circuit connections and correct wiring methods during use.

④ Do not directly squeeze the sensor diaphragm with hard objects to avoid damaging the sensor.

⑤ Sensors should not be dropped or placed randomly during transportation, installation, and use to avoid damage.

⑥ The product has a one-year warranty period and a one-year verification period. It is covered by warranty and replacement for damages not caused by improper use by the user.

⑦ Sensors should be packed in dedicated packaging boxes during transportation, and appropriate measures should be taken to avoid damage caused by rain, snow, strong vibration, and impact.

⑧ Sensors should be stored in a well ventilated, acid free, alkali free, and non corrosive gas free warehouse with an ambient temperature of -40~60 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 95% RH.
