Air duct system: Heating fans and air duct systems are usually installed on the aging roof without occupying other space. The general air duct system consists of a circulating air system and an overheated exhaust system. The indoor circulating air is heated by the heater and then sent back to the room by the supply fan through the insulation duct, and repeatedly circulated to maintain the room temperature within the set range. When the room temperature exceeds the alarm set value, the exhaust fan starts, extracts the overheated gas from the room, and at the same time, the outdoor cold air enters the room and mixes with the hot air to restore the room temperature to normal.

Control system: The control system of the high-temperature aging room adopts a two-stage PID to adjust the heating amount, achieving accurate control of the room temperature. At the same time, the temperature controller can display the temperature of any six points in the room in real-time, making it convenient for customers to accurately grasp the temperature situation in the room. The control system is also equipped with various protection functions, including over temperature alarm protection, fan fault alarm protection, no wind alarm protection, indoor smoke induction alarm protection, etc. The complete protection functions ensure that the aging room can operate stably for a long time. (Optional PLC for control)
