The dust-free and oxidation free oven adopts a stainless steel working chamber and stainless steel pipes for heating, filled with purified protective gas to discharge unpurified gas. Therefore, creating a clean and uniformly heated drying environment inside the drying box helps to improve the quality of the test samples. The box has a beautiful appearance and is easy to use with sensitive and accurate temperature control.

3、 Structure of dust-free and oxidation free oven
The dust-free and oxidation free oven consists of a box, a working chamber, a heating system, a filtering system, a gas pressure reducing regulating valve, an exhaust port, and other components. The box body is processed and welded from thin steel plates, and high-quality stainless steel plates are used for the inner wall of the working chamber. Aluminum silicate fibers are filled between the box body and the working chamber as insulation material. The box door and the outer frame of the studio are equipped with insulation sealing strips (using high-temperature sealing strips and compression devices), effectively ensuring the sealing performance of the box body. There are two layers of load steel plates that move inside the studio.
