The default working environment for the "Low Temperature Piezoelectric Rotary Table" is 1.4 K~400 K, 2 · E-7 mbar~Atmosphere&Max. 35 Tesla. However, all products in the "Low Temperature Piezoelectric Rotary Table" series are available in both ultra-high vacuum version (. UHV~2 · E-11 mbar) and ultra-low temperature version (. ULT~30 mK).
The motion controller defaults to 6 closed-loop outputs, compatible with multi field technology's "low-temperature piezoelectric linear table" and "low-temperature piezoelectric swing table".
