Regular maintenance precautions for vortex flowmeter
1. The sensor has no movable parts and does not require frequent maintenance. When the measured medium is impure or has sediment, the sensor can be cleaned regularly according to the actual situation.
When repairing sensors, special attention should be paid to protecting the vortex generator and probe body. Do not disassemble the probe body without understanding the fault, in order to avoid damaging the probe body or sealing, which may cause leakage of the sensor.
3. In case of a malfunction, it is necessary to first check whether the power supply is correct and whether the fluid conditions have changed. If the malfunction cannot be resolved, please contact the manufacturer.
4. The sensor calibration cycle is two years
