I. Overview
The HXPNL-T series rigid sliding contact wire is composed of copper guide rails, guide rail brackets, insulator components, and external current collectors. Due to its high current, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, this product is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, and port loading and unloading.
2、 Product Features

2. Can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, and high corrosive gases.
3. Has high mechanical strength, is not easily bent or deformed, and can withstand strong short-circuit surge currents.
4. The current carrying capacity can be designed according to user needs, up to 3000A or above, and the voltage level can reach 5KV or above.
5. By using copper or copper aluminum conductors, the electrical energy loss of the wires can be significantly reduced.
6. After adding auxiliary cables, a low impedance sliding contact line can be formed, reducing the impedance of the wire exponentially.
7. It can be on the upper, side, or lower part.
3、 Product installation
1Installation method
The installation methods of sliding contact lines are divided into three types: upper sliding contact, lower sliding contact, and side sliding contact. Usually using upward sliding contact.
2. Installation bracket
The bracket should be installed vertically and horizontally with the running equipment track, with a spacing of 2m per set. In order to ensure the overall straight line of the rigid sliding contact line, it is required that the longitudinal error of the bracket installation should not exceed 1cm and the lateral error should not exceed 2cm.
3. The insulator component is fixed on the reserved gap hole of the bracket to ensure the overall straight line of the insulator.
4. Fix the two ends of the rigid sliding line with specialized connecting clamps to ensure a smooth joint. The length of the skateboard is 18-22cm, and the joint gap after connection is 3-5cm.
5. Install temperature compensation device
Adjust the expansion gap based on the temperature difference on site. It is recommended to install a temperature compensation device when the operating length exceeds 150 meters.
6. Maintenance isolation device
The maintenance isolation device is made of epoxy resin insulation board, and the installation position is determined according to the site requirements.
7. The auxiliary cable fixing clip is installed on the inside of the sliding wire.
8. Installation of power supply terminals
The power supply terminal should be installed at the rigid sliding wire connection, and the normal power supply methods include middle power supply, two end power supply, and three point power supply.
