The flexible cable is fixed on the pallet and synchronized with the I-beam cable pulley by the traction frame, thus achieving the purpose of cable power supply. Yangzhou Tianxiang Electric I-beam cable pulley, also known as cable slide rail, cable sliding line, cable pulley, cable slide rail pulley, I-beam cable pulley, I-beam pulley, cable conduction pulley, etc. I-beam cable pulleys are divided into medium load type, heavy load type, and light load type. Therefore, the pulleys have three types: 86, 73, and 55. The bearing capacity is less than or equal to 50-150KG. Each type is divided into single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer according to the number of pallet layers, and there are three forms in each type. The first end is a cable traction vehicle, the terminal is a fixed hanging bracket, and the middle is an I-beam cable pulley.

Installation instructions for I-beam cable pulley

1. After the installation of the fixed hanging bracket, a blocking iron should be welded at the back.

2. Adjust the traction head so that the car does not touch the upper and lower edges of the traction hole throughout the entire journey.

3. The cable length is 1.2 times the span of the crane plus 8 meters.

4. Adjust the length of the traction wire rope to be less than the length of the same cable section, and ensure that the traction wire rope is subjected to force during operation.

5. When the cable diameters are not equal, soft rubber is used to cushion the cable clamps to make their outer diameters almost the same, in order to clamp the cables.

6. When laying cables, it is necessary to consider the balanced force on both sides of the cable tray.

7. When the cable pulley has two or three layers, the requirements are the same.

8. The double washers on the pulley device are adjustment washers. When the guide rail is not suitable, place the washers on the inside of the fixed plate to adjust the width of the rule.

I-beam cable pulleys are widely used in casting cranes, waste cranes, pouring cranes, high-speed conveyor systems, and transportation systems.
