Industrial automatic threshers have the characteristics of high productivity, low crushing rate, high dewatering rate, and good cleaning effect. Suitable for threshing and cleaning corn seeds with a moisture content below 18%.
Industrial automatic thresherstructure
It mainly consists of three parts: threshing, screening, and air duct. The corn ears are transported by the conveying equipment to the threshing chamber of the thresher. Corn fructose separates the grains from the corn cob by squeezing and kneading, and the corn cob is discharged from the threshing machine through the core outlet Based on the different physical and mechanical properties of seeds and other impurities, the seeds are screened and air sorted. When the seeds flow through the upper screening box, light impurities are sucked away through the upper suction duct, and the screened impurities are discharged from the upper screening and impurity discharge outlet. When they flow through the lower screening box, light impurities are removed through the lower suction duct for the second impurity removal. The screened material is then discharged through the small miscellaneous outlet, and the cleaned corn seeds are discharged outside the machine through the seed outlet.
Industrial automatic thresherNotes:
1. Electricity usage must be applied for, and installation and maintenance must be carried out by finding a power supply station. It is not allowed to privately pull or connect wires.
2. Safe use of electricity is everyone's responsibility. Consciously abide by the rules and regulations for safe use of electricity. Low voltage lines should be equipped with leakage protectors, and fuses (fuses), fuse pieces (fuses) or fuse tubes should be selected reasonably. Copper, aluminum, and iron wire should not be used as substitutes.
3. Do not build houses, pile firewood, set up venues, dig wells, plant trees, perform or play movies near electrical wires and other live equipment to prevent electric shock and fire.
4. Measures should be taken when erecting derricks, repairing houses, or cutting down trees near power lines. For potential line equipment that may be encountered, power outages should be found at the power supply station before proceeding.
5. When the carriage passes through the power line, do not whip, and do not touch the poles and wires when the motor vehicle is driving or working in the field.
