1. Check the transmission motor and reducer daily for any abnormalities;
2. Check if the connections of each component are reliable and if the connecting screws are loose
3. Check the belt for looseness every day and adjust it in a timely manner;
4. Check if the conveyor belt is stretched every month and adjust it in a timely manner
5. Carefully remove dirt, foreign objects, etc. from the inside of the belt to ensure reliable friction of the belt
6. Check whether the drum rotates flexibly every month and repair it in a timely manner;
7. Check the fit between the drive sprocket and the chain every month, adjust it in a timely manner, and add lubricating oil to the chain;
8. Blow off the dust inside the control box every month to prevent malfunctions;
9. After using the reducer for 100 hours, the internal gear oil should be replaced and cleaned. After replacing with new oil, it should be replaced every 2500 hours;
10. Perform a major maintenance once a year to check the extent of component damage.
