Overview of Salt Spray Friction and Wear Testing Machine:
The MFT-5000 salt spray friction and wear testing machine can be widely used in materials science, thin film coatings, biology, chemical engineering, petroleum, microelectronics, microsensors, semiconductor materials, automatic control, aerospace, automotive industry, and material research and development of mechanical tools. It can also be applied to the evaluation of failure and reliability of industrial products, quality control, and inspection.
Integrated 3D profilometers can analyze the relationship between surface changes and time, making them suitable for many applications in various industries. In addition, it is equipped with force sensors (piezoelectric, capacitive, and strain gauges) with ultra-low resolution, ultra-high speed, stable torque, and an ultra wide load range. MFT-5000 can install multiple testing/application modules on the same platform. Equipped with a salt spray environment chamber, it can be used as a salt spray testing machine.

Advantages of Salt Spray Friction and Wear Testing Machine:
1. The range of loading force covers the nanometer, micrometer, and macroscopic levels
The fast changing loading force sensor has a loading range from 1mN to 12000N.
2. Modular design:
① Multiple testing modules simulate various motion modes: rotation, reciprocating, ring block, micro motion, high-speed long stroke, etc;
② Multiple environmental chambers simulate various working conditions: high and low temperatures, corrosion, salt spray, vacuum, humidity, high-pressure chambers, etc.
3. Online 3D morphology:
Universal online 3D topography technology, capable of automatic imaging with nanometer level resolution. The Lambda topography system has four optical imaging modes (confocal+white light interference+dark field+bright field).
4. Wide range of optional sensors:
According to practical applications, different types of mechanical sensors can be selected.
① Capacitive sensors - high-precision, low-temperature drift;
② Piezoelectric ceramic sensor - accurate measurement of friction force under high-frequency reciprocating working conditions;
③ Stress strain sensor - with a wide loading range and wide applicability.
5. Implement multiple ASTM/DIN/ISO standard tests on the same platform:
Standard or non-standard testing can be conducted on standard specimens or actual component levels.
